Michael J. Mohan, CPA
Michael J. Mohan is licensed in the state of Oregon as a Certified Public Accountant. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Oregon State University in 1976 and after working for accounting firms in Corvallis and Bend, founded his own accounting firm in Prineville, Oregon, in 1983.
Mike has been active in his community since he first opened his accounting practice. He is a longtime member of the Kiwanis Club of Prineville, and is also serving on the board of directors of the Crook County United Fund and Pacific Northwest Kiwanis Foundation. He served on the Board of Pioneer Memorial Hospital for ten years, and has also served on the board of the Crooked River Roundup, Crook County Little League and the Prineville-Crook County Chamber of Commerce. Mike also served a four-year term as Crook County Commissioner from 2003 through 2006.
Professional Staff
Lindsey Rodgers, CPA: Lindsey graduated from Oregon State University in 2005 with a B.S. in Accounting. She passed her CPA exams in 2007 and has been working for our firm since 2012. She became a licensed CPA in 2014.
Justin M. Mohan, LTP & CPA candidate: Justin graduated from Eastern Oregon University in 2013 with a B.S. in Accounting. He has been working for our firm since 2008, and also became a Licensed Tax Preparer that same year. He is currently studying for his CPA exams, with hopes to complete all four parts this year.
Donna J. Mohan, LTP: Donna has been working alongside her husband, Mike Mohan, since he began his CPA firm in 1983. She has been the full-time office manager since 2003, and also became a Licensed Tax Preparer in 2003.
Lauren A. Klontz, LTP: Lauren graduated from Southern Oregon University in 2001 with a B.S. in Business. She became a Licensed Tax Preparer in 2008 and has been working for our firm since 2009.
Jill Bernard, Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant : Jill graduated from Central Oregon Community College in 2014 with an AAS in Business Accounting. She has been working for our firm since 2013.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
