We do allow exchanges on occasion at buyers shipping expense. This must be pre approved and items must be clean, smoke free, tags on, and no animal hair ect ect.... Panties are never accepted for exchange, PLEASE ask any questions you may have before purchase as we are very accommodating on measuring and figuring out an items True to Size factor.
